Suzanne Harward offers free shipping for purchases over $200 for orders within Australia and for all International gown purchases. For further information please read our Shipping Information listed below.


SHIPPING POLICY

Suzanne Harward will provide a verification email with your package tracking information once your order has shipped. This information is also accessible in your account Order History section.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information and ensure this information is accurate.

Suzanne Harward will exchange or refund faulty goods received back to us in Melbourne Australia and all returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery as per our Terms and Conditions. If there was a mistake on the part of Suzanne Harward or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Suzanne Harward will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
All orders are insured while in transit until delivery. Responsibility for the package passes to DHL  once they take possession of it. When the package is delivered, (defined as but not limited to; signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office) the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING METHODS

DHL is the official shipping carrier of Suzanne Harward for all ground, air and international deliveries. Domestic ground shipments within Australia with a value of $200 or higher qualify for free shipping. Australian residents may also choose DHL Next-Day or Two-Day Express delivery.

Express packages are given priority. Express orders placed before 2:00pm AEST typically ship the same day.

International orders require a signature on delivery.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  1. Orders are not shipped during weekends.
  2. In Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico “Rest of World” rates apply.
  3. Shipments to the Gaza Strip are temporarily suspended. Please select an alternate delivery address.
  4. Suzanne Harward does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

AVAILABILITY

Available Now means that we have the item in stock and it is ready to be shipped to you within the timeframe listed for your part of the world.

Made to order means that we do not have the item in stock and we need to make the item which will then be shipped to you within the timeframe listed for your part of the world.

SHIPPING TIMES

Within Australia: Available now: 3-7 days: Made to order: 6-12 weeks.
International orders. Available now: 1-3 weeks. Made to order: 6-12 weeks.

GST, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Customers shopping in Australia are required to pay Australian GST at the current rate. Customers shopping in RoW (Rest of World) locations including New Zealand may be liable for customs duties and taxes.  These duties and taxes are established by each local government and are a legal requirement. Please note that if you refuse a package on delivery you will be liable to cover all shipping costs.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR REST OF WORLD

We currently ship all orders DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs duties and taxes shall be invoiced once the item has cleared customs, either prior to or after delivery dependent on your location and you will be invoiced via the courier service. Some countries may require you to hire a broker. You, the customer, are liable for all charges.

Customers in RoW locations who return their orders for a refund to suzanneharward.com are responsible for retrieving the charges for customs duties and taxes. Suzanneharward.com is unable to refund the customs fees however we may provide you with information relevant to request a refund.

Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica – CPF) to clear customs. Please have it available when DHL contacts you.

GIFT WRAPPING

Your Suzanne Harward couture gown will be delivered wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Gowns with embellishment will have a protective organza cover placed over the embellished area of the gown. Your gown will arrive carefully packed in to a keepsake heirloom box for safe keeping. This box will be packed inside a shipping box with a Suzanne Harward protective garment bag included in the delivery. To protect your exclusive Suzanne Harward gown we recommend you hang your garment within the protective bag provided.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Australian & New Zealand Standard Shipping Costs – $10*

Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

International Shipping Costs – $10*

Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order. Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia, India or Africa due to customs restrictions.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email with a postal tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact info@samanthawills.com.au.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colours and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colours and sizes that are unavailable will be greyed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our Online Boutique, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email.

CURRENCY

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Alterations

Suzanne Harward does not provide an alterations service and this also applies to Suzanne Harward online styles. We recommend you take your pieces to a reputable local tailor. Please contact our Customer Care Team should you require advice regarding alteration services in your area.

Delivery

Your couture gown will be delivered wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Gowns with embellishment will have a protective organza cover placed over the embellished area of the gown. Dry Cleaning

Each Suzanne Harward gown is individually handcrafted with great care and uses delicate fabric, embroideries, embellishment and lace to convey the same timeless, feminine and ethereal nature that is the Suzanne Harward handwriting. This may lead to variation in finish, colour and fabrication. Please take the utmost care when cleaning and wearing your gown as jewellery, finger nails and harsh detergents can harm delicate fabrics and finishes. Embellishments and fabrics may change in colour with time and wear adding to the charm and individuality of each piece. These are not faults in the production of the garment and are consistent with handmade couture quality. Your gown will arrive protected in acid free tissue paper and an organza cover covering any embellishment. A protective garment bag is provided to ensure the gown remains in impeccable condition. Please hang your gown in the garment bag when you receive your delivery.

If you wish to clean your gown after your special day we recommend you take your gown to a reputable specialist drycleaners experienced in cleaning of delicate couture pieces.
